What is the Ordering Process?

  1. Browse Snapily products and their designs and choose the one you like.
  2. Click “Personalize” to customize the product you chose.
  3. Click "Add to Cart" to add the item to your cart.
  4. Enter the quantity of items that you would like to order.
  5. Complete the easy checkout process. Your items will ship out within 5 business days after payment.

Who do I contact for help?

Snapily provides world class customer service for the Snapily line of products. There are 2 options to contact Snapily support:

  1. Ask a question through Snapily Support link in the footer of each page. Use our easy form to ask a question our Support team. We will reply via email within one business day.
  2. Email directly to service@snapily.com with any question you have and we will get back to you within one business day with an answer.

How much do Snapily products cost?

Each product has its own pricing and per quantity discounts. The more you order, the less you pay per item. Quantity is accumulated for the same product category with different designs. Click here to view Snapily pricing.
If there are ongoing promotions or if you have a discount, those promotions and discounts are subtracted from your total.

How long does it take for my items to arrive?

Usually your items will be shipping within up to 5 business days. Shipping time depends on Country and shipping method selected.

Domestic Shipping methods available:

  • Standard (5-7 business days + production time)
  • UPS Ground (2-6 business days + production time)
  • UPS 2nd Day (2-3 business days + production time)
  • UPS Next Day 3PM (Next day + production time)

International Shipping methods available:

  • International Standard (6-18 business days + production time)
  • UPS Int. Expedited (3-5 business days + production time)

How much does shipping & handling cost?

Our shipping cost is determined by the shipping method of your choice, weight and final shipping destination. This calculation is done in real time at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely.

How to open and manage your account?

You can join Snapily for free. Fill in the quick registration form and click "Register". Use your username and password to manage your Snapily activities.

You can update your email, notification settings, password and other personal information. To retrieve your password, please go to "Forgot Password?" underneath the "Login". The system will ask you to enter your login e-mail address and then press "Recover Password". We will reset your old password and send a new one to your e-mail address.

How can I see my orders?

If you have placed an order, your order ID number can be found in your e-mail confirmation message. You can also find it under My Account/My Orders on Snapily site (login required). Your order ID number is a 5-digit number.
You can view the status of your current and past orders:

  • Processed: We have received your order and are in the process of manufacturing it.
  • In-Print: Your order is being printed.
  • Shipped: We have shipped your order.
  • Open: Please contact customer service regarding payment issues.
  • Cancelled/Failed: We have cancelled your order, or your order had failed to go through because of a quality or payment issue.

If you are unsure why your order has been cancelled, please contact Customer Support at: service@snapily.com.

How can I return a product or get a refund?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a replacement or refund within 14 days of receipt. Please contact Customer Support with your order number and the reason for returning your order at: service@snapily.com.
Please note that in most cases we will ask for you to return the products you were not happy with.
